Why become an Apprentice?

Join our team as an Apprentice and you will be making an excellent career choice. You will gain a really thorough grounding in the Tool & Equipment hire businesses and have the chance to get industry accredited qualifications.

This scheme will change your future for the better. The change only takes 2 years to complete and you will be rewarded with an NVQ Level 2 in Plant & Maintenance. If you choose to go for the optional 3rd year you could earn an NVQ Level 3 which is the equivalent to 2 ‘A’ levels. What’s more you will be paid a salary with added benefits and bonuses along the way and your accommodation and travel to college is all paid for.

You will spend your time between college and the workshop putting into practice what you have learned. You will work closely with your workshop manager who will guide and support you throughout your apprenticeship.
